Friendships are a beautiful thing, but if we don’t approach them with honesty, we will miss out on accountability, support, and love that make having friends so great! We have to ask each other how we are doing and say more than just “I’m fine.”
When our schedule fills up, one of the first things we often sacrifice is our friendships. However, these friendships are so important. We need to connect with and be encouraged by others, and so we must nurture these relationships even when we are busy.
Friendship, as we get older, can be difficult. We can struggle to find our place and feel isolated and alone. But what if we have it all backward?
